Below is the notice issued by WaecNigeria:
The results of the WASSCE for School Candidates, 2017 will be released by the Council, on or before Wednesday next week.#Project60

ASUU | FG withdraws ‘no work no pay’ threat | New Date for Negotiation

THE Federal Government has withdrawn the recent threat to activate the ‘no work no pay policy’ against striking university teachers. This was disclosed by the National President of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, Prof. Biodun Ogunyemi, in an exclusive chat with  Vanguard  yesterday. Ogunyemi also said that the negotiation meeting between ASUU and the Federal Government would continue tomorrow, stressing that what the union was doing was to rescue the education sector from imminent collapse and to ensure that the children of the poor get access to quality and affordable education. CHRIST THE KING SUNDAY INTRODUTION AND HISTORY Christ the King Sunday celebrates the all-embracing authority of Christ as King and Lord of the cosmos. Officially called the Feast of Our Lord Jesus Christ the King, it is celebrated on the final Sunday of Ordinary Time, the Sunday before Advent. In 2015, the feast falls on November 22nd. INTRODUCTION AND HISTORY Pope Pius XI instituted The Feast of Christ the King in 1925 for the universal church in his encyclical Quas Primas . He connected the increasingly denial of Christ as king to the rise of secularism.
